Ministry and Church Planting Tracks
In the Ministry Track, you will learn how to create a disciple-making culture, intentionally lead your church or your ministry, and evaluate essential doctrine. In the Church Planting Track, you will begin week one taking the actionable steps to make your planting plans a reality while you prepare and create a disciple-making culture in your launch team.

Be Discipled
As a part of Real Life Ministries Texas, making disciples is not what we do, it's who we are. Whether you are a church planter, a member of a church staff, or a leader in your church, you will be intentionally discipled, the way Jesus discipled His followers.

Make Disciple Makers
You will experience being discipled and you will make disciples. Our residency is highly interactive. We will model and coach you as you disciple your fellow residents, which will greatly impact your discipline efforts right where God has you now.

Lead Disciple Makers
Creating and sustaining a disciple-making church culture requires very intentional leadership. You will grow in your ability to influence change resulting in disciple-making multiplication. You will also learn firsthand from ministry staff and leaders at Real Life Ministries Texas, who started with ten disciples in a living room in 2016, and now lead a growing church of over 1,000 disciple makers.

Plant Churches
Are you ready to plant? By the end of the residency, church planters will have a comprehensive church planting portfolio, a strategic plan, and will have begun the planting process.
